This Data Deletion Request page explains how users of the SAKU mobile application (the "Platform"), operated by FLYSUN PTY LTD, can request deletion of their personal data. This page is provided in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Google Play requirements.

1. Who Can Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data if you are:

A Customer using the SAKU platform, or

A Vendor registered to provide services on SAKU.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

3. Verification of Identity

For security and privacy reasons, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

4. Data That Can Be Deleted

Subject to legal requirements, we may delete or anonymise:

Account and profile information

Contact details

Booking and service history (may be anonymised)

Support communications

5. Data That May Be Retained

We may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

Financial and transaction records

Tax and accounting records

Records required for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal compliance

6. Processing Time

We aim to process data deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 7–14 business days, depending on verification and legal requirements.

7. Impact of Data Deletion

Please note that requesting data deletion will:

Permanently remove your SAKU account

Cancel any active bookings or services

Prevent access to the Platform unless you create a new account

Personal information may be stored on secure servers located in Australia and/or other regions used by our cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Firebase. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas data handling complies with applicable privacy laws and security standards.
